		<description>Cathy, you&#039;re welcome re sharing about LibraryThing.  Tim Spalding, the brain and maintainer behind the site, is a great person who truly seeks to do what&#039;s best for its users.  It was money well spent to join for a lifetime membership.

Norma, yeah, some librarians, at least, read a lot!  Have you had this reaction to telling someone that you&#039;re a librarian?  &quot;Oh, what a neat job.  I&#039;d *love* to be able to sit around and read books all day like you do.&quot;  Yeah, right.

I have been an avid lifelong reader.  Interestingly, though, the level or pace at which I read dropped dramatically after graduate school.  Don&#039;t know why.</description>
