(aack!) I've been using Millennium for the last six months. And just for fun I did a search in Google for "why I hate intergrated library systems". Your blog was the single entry and it just made my day. I feel the same! What is going to happen with these things? I hope I'll be using better systems in the future. Otherwise my work is going to be a nightmare. If companies truly valued users and their needs the focus of the design would be better. I wonder what it would look like.
