		<description>What freaked me out the most by that was how usable and polished the Web site was.  I mean, to convince people to join the profession they&#039;ll make usability a priority, but for their dues paying members?  I guess we&#039;re already hooked into the profession, so there&#039;s no need to impress. ;)</description>
