		<description>It does look like an interesting &quot;find&quot; but I&#039;m still having a little problem just understanding it.  I joined the site and got the coding for it and if I&#039;m guessing correctly I can take that code and put it on one of my sites and people could chat amongst themselves - do they have to join the site in order to chat?</description>

		<description>This has the potential to allow people to volunteer for their local library without physically being there. This is something I&#039;d consider doing. If I could run a chat application in the background on my computer throughout the day, making me available to answer questions or help visitors search the site, I probably would.</description>
