		<description>As a former customer service manager I agree.  However, I have found that customer service in libraries, and even in the various Types of libraries, is different than what I knew in the corporate world.  

The &quot;not for profit&quot; paradigm makes for different goals and methods.  I had been excited about implementing the skills and practices that I used to teach on the business side, but am finding it much harder than I expected.</description>
