		<description>Well put, Steve.  Attacking individuals, vendors, publishers, etc., in a negative manner accomplishes nothing. 

No ILS is perfect. I&#039;ve had experience with 3 and there are things about each one I didn&#039;t like. Catalogers here at K-State have used other systems and say Endeavor is better at some things, worse on others. 

I think the message we need to send to our ILS vendors is that our USERS need better interfaces, a la AmaGooglezon (can&#039;t remember who coined this or I&#039;d give them credit here!). But let&#039;s do it in a positive manner. We have to recognize that vendors cannot customize to the needs of every institution. They have to look for the priorities that provide the greatest good for the majority.</description>
